Augmented Reality Jobsite Integration

This service brings coordinated project models to the jobsite using tablet based augmented reality.

A single QR code placed on a wall calibrates the full field of view, allowing teams to quickly align the model to real world conditions.

Field crews visualize building systems and assemblies prior to installation, compare model data against existing conditions, and verify layout accuracy in real time.

This supports early issue identification, reduces layout errors, and improves coordination across all trades.

Fabrication and Spooling

This service delivers HVAC and plumbing models developed specifically for fabrication and spooling workflows.

Models include precise geometry, connection logic, elevations, and assembly breakdowns suitable for shop production.

Spools are organized to support transport, handling, and installation sequencing.

The level of detail supports prefabrication, reduced field labor, tighter tolerances, and predictable installation outcomes.

Selecting a tier early matters, since model setup and coordination depth vary and late changes often require rework.

Permit Set

This service provides HVAC and plumbing design developed for regulatory approval and permitting. HVAC and plumbing systems are designed from concept through permit level documentation, including preliminary system selection, code compliant sizing, and layout development.

HVAC and plumbing systems are coordinated in 3D around architectural and structural models to confirm feasibility and reserve space.

Coordination focuses on major spatial conflicts, not final routing. Construction phase coordination for HVAC and plumbing is led by the contractor and trade partners.

TRW Design support under this service is limited to confirming compatibility with the original HVAC and plumbing design intent.

Field driven HVAC or plumbing coordination solutions and redesign are not included. This service serves as a baseline offering focused on speed, clarity, and permit approval. Exclusions include HVAC and plumbing fabrication modeling, clash free coordination, detailed trade coordination, and prefabrication support.

For Construction Set

This service provides HVAC and plumbing design developed for construction use with a high level of coordination. HVAC and plumbing systems are advanced beyond permit level into detailed construction documents suitable for field execution.

Work includes finalized system selection, refined sizing, detailed layouts, and coordinated details intended to support installation. HVAC and plumbing systems are coordinated in 3D with architecture, structure, and other major trades.

Coordination typically reaches 75 to 90 percent depending on project complexity, team involvement, and level of preconstruction engagement.

Major conflicts are resolved during design, and system routing is largely established. Some field coordination remains necessary. Contractors and trade partners handle final adjustments, minor offsets, and installation driven changes.

TRW Design support focuses on maintaining design intent and constructability rather than full clash free or fabrication level coordination. This service balances coordination depth, schedule, and cost while delivering HVAC and plumbing documents ready for construction.

Fully Coordinated Set

This service provides fully coordinated HVAC and plumbing design developed for construction with the highest level of coordination accuracy. HVAC and plumbing systems are designed and modeled to a construction ready level with comprehensive 3D coordination.

Systems are coordinated with architecture, structure, and all applicable trades to resolve clashes prior to construction.

Routing, elevations, and system interfaces are finalized in the model. Coordination typically reaches 95 to 100 percent depending on project scope and trade participation.

The intent is to eliminate known conflicts before construction and reduce RFIs and field rework. Construction always involves change. As field conditions evolve, TRW Design remains an active partner, supporting the project team by evaluating conditions, updating models when required, and helping resolve issues as they arise.

This involvement preserves coordination integrity and keeps the project moving. This service is best suited for projects pursuing prefabrication, tight schedules, or minimized construction risk.

This service provides focused coordination for HVAC and plumbing systems only.

Models are coordinated against architecture, structure, and other trades to resolve conflicts within the defined scope.

Autodesk Construction Cloud is used to manage model updates, distribute current drawings to the field, and track coordination issues.

This service supports clean installation, clear communication, and efficient issue resolution for HVAC and plumbing scopes.

Full Project Coordination (MEPFP)

This service provides comprehensive coordination across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and process systems.

TRW Design acts as the single point of coordination, managing all trade models and driving conflict resolution.

Autodesk Construction Cloud is used to host coordinated models, push approved drawings to field teams, and track issues through resolution.

This service supports unified coordination, reduced field conflicts, and consistent communication across the full project team.
